Bringing forth advanced nail technical abilities and the desire to provide clients with the best and most pleasurable experience possible. ————————————————————————————————————————————————— DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS: •Each service will require a $25 deposit that goes towards your services. Example: Booking a Nail set and a pedicure would result in a $50 deposit. That DOES go towards your service. •All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and are only transferable to ONE other appointment. •You will receive an email with the location of your appointment after booking. •All balances can be paid via card or card on file. ————————————————————————————————————————————————— MUST KNOWS: •I do not work over other technicians work,or damaged nails. •Please come to your appointment sure as seating is limited, should you need to bring your children or extra guest please reach out to me first. •All new clients are to come with bare nails or book for a removal. •Should you come to your appointment with nail enhancements on and did not book a removal your appointment will be rescheduled to the next available time slot. •Emergency appointments before or after hours is an additional $35. ————————————————————————————————————————————————— LATE POLICY: •Thereis a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. •In the event that you are 10 minutes late a $25 late fee will be added to your total. •In the event that you are 15 minutes or more late your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. ————————————————————————————————————————————————— CANCELLATION POLICY: •All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled within 24hours of the appointment for your deposit to be transferred. Otherwise you will forfeit deposit. •Same day cancellations or no show will result in your card on file being charged 35% of your service refers booking again. Repeat offenses will result in revoked booking privileges.

Cancellation Policy

All appointment must be cancelled before 24 hrs of the appointment. If the appointment is not cancelled within 24 hrs you will be charged 35% of your balance.
